Notes
We live among objects. Objects lead and teach us. All of them, foreign or our own, make us. Archeology is the most adequate procedure to account for how and why we constitute objects distinguished from among things. Useful and instrument are not the same. Delving into the difference is a way of restoring science to the ethical environment of its origin and giving it satisfaction. The object ethic is the necessary consequence.
