The Código de Ética of the Sociedad de Arqueología de La Paz, Bolivia includes the participatory and democratic construction of an institutional code of ethics focused on identifying values and ethical principles can contribute significantly to addressing change or, rather, institutional innovation through people, their work practices, their attitudes and their behavior with respect to the interests and purposes of the association.
