Abstract: This article deals with the (relatively) short-lived Association of Archaeologists in Israel and its Code of Ethics. By doing so, it sheds light on an episode in the history of Israeli archaeology that has not received much attention in research.
Article includes entire Code of Ethics of the Association of Archaeologists in Israel, translated from Hebrew, as an Appendix.
